Why should I create an account?
This is a dynamic site and there will be significant value for logged in users. Logged  in users will have access to more content than anonymous users and Alpha Lists subscribers will see even more information. Alpha Lists is a subscriber supported community, and because of their support, subscribers will derive the most value from this site. You can view most of the site without logging in. Once you login you should be able to go anywhere without being held up with multiple "fill this out" forms.

We do not and will not divulge your name and address to other companies that do not represent us and will not incessantly spam you. Our goal is to make sure that information you provide to us is kept private unless you choose to make it public.

Is Alpha Lists right for me?
Alpha Lists is perfect for small businesses, entrepreneurs, sole proprietors, freelancers, hobbyists, students, and anyone else that needs an easy, affordable way to quickly find lists and data.

How much does Alpha Lists cost?
We have four different plans that range from being completely free up to $19.99 per year depending on your needs. The benefits of each plan are explained in detail on our Subscription Page.

Can I use Alpha Lists from outside the US?
Yes, you can use Alpha Lists from anywhere in the world!

Can I have multiple Alpha Lists accounts for my company?
Yes, pretty soon. The Alpha Lists Multiuser subscription will be an intuitive dashboard that will allow you to monitor multiple Alpha Lists accounts from one place. Learn more »

How do I change the privacy settings on my account?
In your personalized user profile, look for the link "Hide Profile." From there, find the “Private” tab where you can choose whether or not you want to keep your profile and/or company association private to other members of the Alpha Lists Community.

I lost my password, what do I do?
All you have to do is go to the log in page, and click on Request New Password.

How do I check my Subscription?
In your personalized user profile, look for the label "Subscription"; you'll see your subscription level (if current) and the expiration date. 

How do I change my username, email address or password?
After you've logged in, from your My Account page, Click on the edit tab and you'll be able to edit your account details or any special profile information you've shared. Your user name may be visible on the site if you make submissions; just be sure you really want to be called "Disco Dude" before you click submit.
